1Introduction and Acceptance
These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the website www.StudyInChina.guide and all services offered by YSGC (Your Study Guide to China), including our CSCA exam preparation courses.
By visiting the website, creating an account, enrolling in a course, or making a payment, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.
If you are under 18, you may use our services only with the consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian, who also accepts these Terms on your behalf.
2Definitions
“YSGC”, “we”, “us” and “our” mean Your Study Guide to China, operating at www.StudyInChina.guide.
“You” and “Student” mean any person who uses the website or enrolls in our services.
“Course” means any paid CSCA preparation course, including recorded lectures, live classes, lecture sheets, quizzes, and other study materials.
“Access” means the moment your course account is activated and you are able to open the course content.
“Services” means our courses, consultancy, admission support, workshops, and any other service listed on the website.
3Our Services and No-Guarantee Disclaimer
YSGC provides CSCA exam preparation, study abroad guidance, university admission support, and related workshops for students who wish to study in China.
We work hard to give accurate, up-to-date guidance. However, admission decisions, scholarship awards, visa approvals, and exam results are made by universities, the China Scholarship Council, embassies, and exam authorities. YSGC does not guarantee any specific exam score, admission, scholarship, or visa outcome.
Exam formats, syllabi, fees, and deadlines can change without notice. Students are responsible for confirming final requirements with the official authority.
4Accounts
You must provide accurate information (name, phone number, email) when registering or enrolling.
You are responsible for keeping your login details safe. Any activity under your account is treated as your activity.
One account is for one student only. Sharing your login with another person is not allowed.
Please contact us immediately if you believe your account has been used without your permission.
5CSCA Course Enrollment and Access
Enrollment is confirmed only after full payment is received and verified.
Course access is activated after payment verification. The time of activation is recorded in our system and is the official start time of your access.
Your access remains valid for [access period, e.g. until the end of the batch / 12 months] from the date of activation.
Class schedules, instructors, and course content may be updated to improve quality or to follow changes in the CSCA syllabus.
A course is personal and non-transferable. It cannot be resold or given to another student.
6Payments
All prices are listed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) unless stated otherwise.
We accept payment through bKash, Nagad, and the other methods shown at checkout.
Any charges from your payment provider (such as cash-out or transaction fees) are your responsibility.
Please keep your transaction ID. You may need it to verify payment or to request a refund.
Prices and discounts may change at any time, but a change will not affect a payment you have already completed.
7Refund Policy
2Hours
You can request a full refund only within 2 hours of getting access to the course. After 2 hours, no refund will be given for any reason.
7.1 The 2-hour refund window
The 2-hour window starts at the exact time your course access is activated, as recorded in our system.
Your refund request must reach us before the 2 hours end. A request received even one minute late will not be accepted.
The window is based on the activation time, not on when you first log in or watch a class.
7.2 How to request a refund
Send a message to us within the 2-hour window through [WhatsApp number / email / Facebook page] with:
Your full name and registered phone number or email
The course name
Your payment method and transaction ID
The number where you want to receive the refund
The time your message reaches us is treated as the time of your refund claim.
7.3 Refund processing
Approved refunds are sent to the original payment method within [7] working days.
Payment gateway or transaction charges, if any, may be deducted from the refund amount.
Once a refund is approved, your course access is closed immediately.
7.4 When refunds are not given
Requests made after the 2-hour window.
Accounts that have been shared with another person.
Accounts removed for breaking these Terms (see Sections 8 and 9).
Services other than courses (such as consultancy sessions, application processing, or workshops), unless a separate refund policy is stated for that service.
8Intellectual Property
All course content, including videos, lecture sheets, quizzes, question banks, graphics, and the YSGC name and logo, belongs to YSGC and is protected by copyright law.
You may use the content only for your own personal study. You may not:
Download, screen-record, copy, or share course videos or materials
Upload or sell our content on any website, group, or platform
Use our materials to teach or run another course
Breaking these rules will result in immediate removal of access without refund, and YSGC may take legal action.
9Student Conduct
In live classes, groups, and any YSGC community space, you agree to:
Treat instructors, staff, and other students with respect
Not post abusive, offensive, or misleading content
Not advertise other courses, services, or agencies
Follow instructions from moderators and instructors
YSGC may remove any student from a class, group, or course for breaking these rules.
10Limitation of Liability
YSGC is not responsible for any loss caused by internet problems, device issues, payment gateway failures, or decisions made by universities, scholarship bodies, exam authorities, or embassies. Our total liability for any claim will not be more than the amount you paid for the specific service.
11Suspension and Termination
We may suspend or close your account without refund if you break these Terms, share your account, or misuse our content. You may stop using our services at any time.
12Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new “Last updated” date. Continuing to use our services after an update means you accept the new Terms.
13Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh. Any dispute will be handled by the courts of Bangladesh.

মানুষ আসবার পূর্বেই জীবসৃষ্টিযজ্ঞে প্রকৃতির ভূরিব্যয়ের পালা শেষ হয়ে এসেছে। বিপুল মাংস, কঠিন বর্ম, প্রকাণ্ড লেজ নিয়ে জলে স্থলে পৃথুল দেহের যে অমিতাচার প্রবল হয়ে উঠেছিল তাতে ধরিত্রীকে দিলে ক্লান্ত করে। প্রমাণ হল আতিশয্যের পরাভব অনিবার্য। পরীক্ষায় এটাও স্থির হয়ে গেল যে, প্রশ্রয়ের পরিমাণ যত বেশি হয় দুর্বলতার বোঝাও তত দুর্বহ হয়ে ওঠে। নূতন পর্বে প্রকৃতি যথাসম্ভব মানুষের বরাদ্দ কম করে দিয়ে নিজে রইল নেপথ্যে।
মানুষকে দেখতে হল খুব ছোটো, কিন্তু সেটা একটা কৌশল মাত্র। এবারকার জীবযাত্রার পালায় বিপুলতাকে করা হল বহুলতায় পরিণত। মহাকায় জন্তু ছিল প্রকাণ্ড একলা, মানুষ হল দূরপ্রসারিত অনেক।
